But every client came to us with the same gap: they wanted more visibility, but couldn't articulate what they stood for. No amount of content fixes that. We learned it the hard way, by watching great work disappear into noise, over and over.
So we shut down a profitable agency and spent 9 months rebuilding from scratch. The result is ERD.

Daniel joined during the rebuild. 20 years of organizational strategy through the World Mediation Organization taught him one thing: the most important decisions are the ones people avoid. He makes sure we don't let clients avoid them either.
Luis has been here from day one. Gen Z, national hockey champion, and the reason our creative output doesn't look like every other consultancy. He sees what resonates with a generation that filters out anything that feels templated.
